Delete OIDCProvider

deletehttps://app.fossa.com/api/oidc/providers/{id}

Delete an OIDC Provider. All associated trust relationships will be deleted as well. Requires a **premium** subscription; organizations below that tier receive a `403`. If the provider does not exist, belongs to another organization, or the caller lacks permission to delete it, the endpoint responds with `401` (it does not distinguish these cases with a `404`).
