• BREAKING CHANGE: Sparkle is now mandatory.
  Sparkle is a service where we will be adding our newest analysis/platform improvements.
  Some features in FOSSA already rely on it and we expect more to as we work on improving and extending our analysis capabilities.
  If you have not already set up an instance of Sparkle, you will need to provision a new database and set up configuration values/secrets for Sparkle.
  Please speak to FOSSA Support for assistance.
• Add Sparkle coordinator and worker deployments
  • The coordinator is responsible for scheduling jobs that the workers will perform
  • This enables Sparkle to run background tasks that are necessary for it to function as intended
