Helm Chart 5.0.0 Breaking Change

Starting with release 5.0.0, MinIO will no longer be bundled with the fossa-core Helm chart and will instead be treated as an external storage backend. On-premise customers currently relying on the bundled MinIO deployment will need to decouple it from fossa-core and migrate to either SeaweedFS or an S3-compatible storage provider. This change follows the deprecation of MinIO on December 3, 2025, after which it will no longer receive new features or security updates.
